What Can You Do At The Purple Gate Herb Farm? Plan a Relaxing Day in the Country when you visit our small herb farm and expect your five senses to awaken. Tour our Theme Gardens and learn the culinary, medicinal and other uses of herbs. Taste delicious dishes seasoned with herbs and spices from our gardens. Visit our shop featuring pottery, herb plants and Texas Wildflowers. |

The Purple Gate Herb Farm Garden Tours Our display gardens demonstrate how the plants look when mature, encourage customers to try growing new plants and provide us with the opportunity to offer informative garden tours. Please remember this is an outdoor experience We offer our garden tours March, April, May, June, and October. We do NOT offer tours July, August, September, (too HOT) and November or December (the weather is too unpredictable.) The Purple Gate Farm Gift Shop We provide potted herb plants, Texas wildflowers, as well as Raku pottery to our customers. Individuals are welcome to come to visit our gardens and shop. Hours for our shop: 9 A.M. TO 6 P.M. Be sure to call, we want to be here to help you select your plants or items from our shop.
